DEAR LAWRENCE COUNTY NEIGHBOR

I am currently seeking election as a Republican for Lawrence County Commissioner. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and ask for your support and vote in this Fall’s election.

As a native of Lawrence County, I have lived and worked in the community most of my adult life. I presently own Mayo Kitchens, a small business in Proctorville. I am currently President of the School Board for the Fairland School District, where I have served for the past seven years. My wife, Sally and I have raised two daughters, Amy and Terry, who have graduated from the Fairland school system and we have a daughter, Amber and son, Bobby who are currently attending Fairland High School. I serve as an Elder and Treasurer of the Greasy Ridge Church of Christ where my family and I are very active.

As a parent, local businessman, and member of the community I feel a strong commitment to you, my fellow citizens and the issues that confront us on a daily basis. If elected, I will do my best to fairly represent the interests of all the citizens of Lawrence County. I will actively pursue efforts to revitalize the City of Ironton, our County seat, and I will be leading efforts to encourage economic growth throughout the County. I will also be energetically working towards a more efficient local government.
